    Morgan Belnap is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Meditation Guide specializing in accessible, inclusive, and community-centered wellness practices throughout the Portland Metro Area.

    Since 2019, she has created spaces where movement feels supportive, approachable, and grounded in real life — welcoming students of all levels, bodies, and seasons of life.

    Morgan blends yoga, mindfulness, nervous system support, and meaningful connection both on and off the mat. Beyond teaching, Morgan is deeply rooted in community advocacy, charitable wellness events, and creating experiences that help people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

    Based in Oregon and Midwest-raised, Morgan brings warmth, compassion, and authenticity into every class she leads.
