Every body, every season, and every experience level is welcome. Through movement, breath, mindfulness, and connection, my goal is to help students feel more grounded, empowered, and at home in themselves.

My classes blend intentional movement, breath awareness, strength, mobility, and mindfulness. This blend creates an experience that supports you.

Creating accessible and inclusive experiences is at the heart of my teaching. Modifications and variations are offered throughout class. I encourage students to honor their bodies and practice in a way that feels right for them.
What to bring?
