For those with limited time or availability to go to a local studio in person. Athletes recovering or cross training. Specific goal or needs you need supported. Morning, evening, and weekend sessions available

Personal Practice $50

Private yoga sessions offer the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals like increasing  flexibility, strength, mobility, balance or reducing stress and taking care of yourself.

add-on options: aromatherapy, journaling guidance, mini meditation


Recommended for Beginners, Seniors, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga.
Single, 3, 5, 10 sessions

 

Group Practice $100

Group sessions offer the ability to have more time for offerings. Share the practice of yoga with those you care about & creating strong connections!

Recommended for groups larger than 6
