This unique class is for young sthletes to reset after a busy weekend of games or tournaments. To prepare for the weeke ahead mentally and physically. Reduce tension and prevent injuries.
It's a 30-minute session filled with mindful, intentional stretches, & breathwork. NO expereience required. Waiver Required. Sign up to save a spot.
