This hour of Gentle Yoga offers a slower, supportive practice designed to help you move, breathe, and reset. Through mindful movement, accessible postures, and intentional breathwork, we create space in the body while calming the nervous system.

Steady & unhurried this class focuses on mobility, flexibility, and balance while supporting recovery from strength training, cardio, and other workouts. It’s an excellent complement to your fitness routine and a great way to stretch, release tension, and reconnect with your breath.

Movements are approachable & adaptable for all , whether you're new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking for a softer practice to support overall wellness.

Mats are available—just bring yourself and an open mind.
